Delivery Policy

For Local Delivery

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24hours.

While we stock our products adequately for online sale, however, at times, some items may be out-of-stock just at the time of your purchase because of overwhelming response. We will notify you by sms, email or phone call to offer an alternative item of the same or higher value, should the item you purchased is no longer available.

For Singapore Order, delivery will be within 1-4 working days.

For Order Amount below $100, the delivery Charge will be $10. Free delivery for purchase amount $101 and above.

You could choose your preferable delivery method as below-mentioned :

a) Singpost Standard Mail - You will receive your items from your address mailbox within 2-4 working days from date dispatched.

b) Singpost Registered Mail- You will receive your items from your doorstep withinin 2-3 working days from date dispatched. But, if there is no one around to sign for the delivery package, Singpost will leave a notification card asking you to collect from the nearest post office or to call and arrange for another delivery date.

c) Speedpost or other Courier services- You will receive your items from your doorstep within 1-2working days from the date dispatched. You could choose to receive your items either on Mon-Sat (9am-1pm) or Mon-Fri (2pm-6pm)

d) Prefer to arrange and pay by CASH upon Delivery.

e) Prefer to receive your items within the same day upon order(Need to submit your order by 12pm(Mon-Sat)

We will do our very best to arrange the delivery at your most convenience delivery date and time.

For Malaysia delivery:

We do not encourage Malaysian customers to choose Normal Standard Mail, as the delivery (6-9 working days) and clearance process are slowly and do face more clearance issues.

The charges (S$) for the 3 Courier services which provide Express delivery ( all with tracking number provided) are as follows:

But, by choosing to post out your package from Malaysia Post Office using PosLaju, our past records shown almost 100% our Malaysian customers have received their ordered items.

On the day, we dispatch your order by using any of the above-mentioned Courier services, you will able to receive your package within 2-3 days.

For Overseas delivery:

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24hours.

For Overseas Order, delivery will be within 6-11 working days (from date dispatched) for Normal Mail and within 2-4days working days (from date dispatched) for Express Shipping.

For overseas customers, please email us your full address so that we could ascertain the right amount of freight charges & surcharges, if any.

Items will be delivered by international courier company for Express Shipping, eg. SpeedPost WorldWide, FedEx, DHL, etc.

Customs and Taxes Information
