Returns and refunds information

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchange or refunds.  Please be assured that all products are visually inspected before shipping.  For battery operated products, we will ensure that the mechanism is functioning properly before shipment. 

The vibrator is not working.  What should I do? 
Ans: Please check to ensure that you have inserted the batteries properly, eg. plus sign up & minus sign down.  2. Ensure cap is tightened.  Do not use strong batteries e.g Energizer, Duracell, Alkali batteries, unless specifically stated.  3.  Please check whether the input voltage is 110v or 240v; if 110v, you will need an AC Converter, especially for produccts like Hitachi Magic Wand, We-vibe, etc.
